VibeVid ("VibeVid," "we," "us," or "our") operates vibevid.net and provides AI-powered music video generation tools and related services (the "Services").
These Terms of Use ("Legal Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and VibeVid governing your use of the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Legal Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, stop using the Services immediately.
Additional terms presented through the Services are incorporated by reference. We may update these Legal Terms at any time by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after updates take effect means you accept them.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years old. Users under the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction may only use the Services with parental or guardian consent and supervision.
VibeVid lets users create AI-powered music videos from uploaded images and music. Depending on available features, you may upload materials, select styles, generate videos, preview and download results, manage projects, purchase credits, and access paid plans.
Features, supported formats, generation limits, processing times, and subscription benefits may change over time. Some features are available only to registered users or paying subscribers.
The Services are not designed for regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, or government-classified contexts. Users are responsible for complying with laws applicable to their use of the Services in their jurisdiction.
We own or license all intellectual property in the Services, including software, code, databases, interfaces, design, graphics, logos, branding, templates, and workflows (the "VibeVid Content"), protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Subject to these Legal Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the VibeVid Content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law. These restrictions do not transfer ownership of your User Content to VibeVid or cause VibeVid to claim ownership of your Generated Content.
If you submit feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely to improve or operate the Services without restriction or compensation.
You may need to register or log in to access certain features. VibeVid currently supports login via Facebook Login. When you do so, VibeVid receives limited information from Facebook - such as your user ID, display name, profile picture, and authentication status - depending on your settings and approved permissions. VibeVid does not store your Facebook password. Your use of Facebook Login is also governed by Meta's terms and privacy policies.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it. You must not use another person's account, create accounts with false information, sell or transfer your account, or use automated tools to access the Services. Notify us promptly at support@vibevid.net if you suspect unauthorized access. You may request account deletion at the same address.
"User Content" means any materials you submit through the Services, including music, audio, images, text prompts, creative instructions, and project information.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you represent and warrant that:
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of uploading, processing, sharing, distributing, or monetizing it.
License to VibeVid. To operate the Services, you grant VibeVid a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, analyze, transform, and display your User Content solely as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, and improve service safety and performance. This license ends when you delete the relevant content or your account, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.
You may only upload music or audio that you are legally authorized to use - meaning you created it, own the rights, hold a license, or have permission from the rights holder.
You must not upload copyrighted commercial music, sound recordings, or samples without all necessary rights and permissions. This includes content from commercial artists, record labels, streaming platforms, films, games, or other copyrighted sources. VibeVid does not grant you any rights to third-party music or audio.
You are responsible for confirming that your audio may legally be processed, synchronized, downloaded, shared, distributed, or used commercially. We may remove content, restrict generations, or suspend accounts for violations.
"Generated Content" means music videos, previews, images, thumbnails, and other outputs created through the Services from your User Content and instructions.
VibeVid does not claim ownership of your Generated Content. To the extent VibeVid holds any transferable rights in content created in response to your request, we permit you to use it subject to these Legal Terms, your plan limitations, applicable law, and any third-party rights.
You acknowledge that:
You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before distributing, publishing, or monetizing it. VibeVid does not provide legal clearance for any materials in User Content or Generated Content. The availability of a download or sharing feature does not mean we have reviewed or approved the content's legality.
Purchases and Payment. Some features require purchasing credits, a subscription, or another paid product. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store your full card number. You must provide accurate payment information and authorize the provider to charge your selected method, including applicable taxes. Pricing, billing terms, and included benefits are shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel purchases we reasonably believe are fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive.
Subscriptions. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless canceled beforehand. You may cancel through the account or billing management tools; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and does not delete your account or content. We may change prices or plan benefits at any time and will provide advance notice where required by applicable law.
Credits. Some generations consume credits. The amount depends on the feature, output settings, or plan. Once a generation starts, computing resources may be consumed even if you close the page or change your mind. If a generation fails due to a verified VibeVid technical error with no usable result, we may restore credits or offer another remedy. Credits may not be restored for failures caused by unsupported content, your connection, your decision to cancel, or events outside our control. Credit expiration conditions are shown through the Services.
Except where required by law, all purchases - including subscriptions, credits, and completed generations - are final and non-refundable. A result that does not match your preferences does not qualify for a refund.
We may review requests involving duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, billing errors, or credits deducted before a generation began. An appropriate remedy may include restoring credits, correcting a billing error, or a refund where required by law.
By initiating a generation, you request that the service begin immediately. Where required by law, you may be asked to separately confirm that performance begins immediately and that you may lose any applicable withdrawal right once it has. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
You may use the Services only for their intended purpose. You agree not to:
Violations may result in content removal, generation restrictions, account suspension or termination, or other action.
We reserve the right to monitor the Services and, where reasonably necessary, refuse or block generation requests, remove or restrict content, suspend generation or payment access, preserve records of suspected fraud or abuse, and suspend or terminate accounts.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Legal Terms, upload unlawful or infringing content, misuse the payment or credit system, engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if required by law. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination. If terminated, you may not create a new account without our permission.
We may modify, update, or discontinue any feature at any time for product, security, legal, or operational reasons, and are not liable for resulting loss or inconvenience except where required by law.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund and does not affect obligations that survive, including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution provisions.
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy at vibevid.net/privacy-policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you agree that your information - including User Content, prompts, and Generated Content - may be processed by third-party AI, cloud, storage, payment, and infrastructure providers as needed to deliver the Services.
These providers have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their independent actions or availability, though we make reasonable efforts to work with reputable providers. If a third-party service becomes unavailable, certain VibeVid features may be affected.

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and may suspend or terminate accounts with repeated infringement. If you believe your content was removed in error, contact us with an explanation and supporting information.
Disclaimer. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeVid disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Generated Content will be unique, error-free, or legally cleared for commercial use, or that the Services will always be available or uninterrupted. You are responsible for determining whether your content is lawful and appropriate for your intended use.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VibeVid and its personnel, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, or content. VibeVid's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Legal Terms shall not exceed US$100, regardless of the nature or basis of the claim. Nothing in these Legal Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud or intentional misconduct.
Indemnification. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VibeVid and its personnel from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, use of Generated Content, violation of these Legal Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of another person's rights. We may assume control of the defense and you agree to cooperate. This does not apply to losses caused solely by VibeVid's fraud or intentional misconduct.
We may store information you transmit to operate the Services, manage account records, and provide support. Although we may perform routine backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important User Content and Generated Content. We do not guarantee indefinite storage and are not liable for loss or deletion caused by technical failure, account termination, or discontinued features.
By using the Services, sending emails, or making purchases, you consent to receive agreements, notices, and communications from us electronically. Electronic communications satisfy any applicable written communication requirements.
These Legal Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@vibevid.net and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to respond within 30 days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights or either party's right to seek urgent interim relief.
These Legal Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific features or purchases, are the entire agreement between you and VibeVid regarding the Services.
Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary; the rest continues in full effect. You may not assign your rights without our written permission; we may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.
Nothing in these Legal Terms creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship. The English version controls in the event of any conflict with a translation.
Information on the Services may contain errors or inaccuracies. We may correct them at any time. If a correction materially affects a completed purchase, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law.
